I did not run any searches, so I found no independent corroboration and no existing fact-check from Reuters Fact Check, AFP Fact Check, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo. The claim is also too vague to check. It names no specific allegation, date, or Chinese official or ministry. Chinese officials often deny US allegations and ask for evidence, but I can't tie that pattern to this particular statement without knowing which allegation is meant.
