A search found the Jerusalem Post article "Israel should conquer Gaza, send Gazans to France, Ben-Gvir tells 'Post' - interview" (jpost.com). It quotes Ben-Gvir saying Israel should conquer all of Gaza and encourage emigration. He praised Trump's plan and suggested France or Britain as destinations. A separate Taipei Times item, carrying AFP, reports that Ben-Gvir unveiled a plan to remove Palestinians from Gaza and send them abroad. I did not find a Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check of this claim. The claim is a direct report of an interview, not viral media that would need debunking.
