One web search returned only an Al Jazeera report from 24 January 2024 about an Israeli attack on a UN shelter in Khan Younis. That report doesn't mention a woman shot inside a school shelter by forces west of Khan Younis. Further searches failed because the search tool limit was exceeded. I found no Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check of this claim. I also found no independent corroboration of the specific incident, and no date or name for it.
