A search turned up a Newsweek report (citing Poland's Press Agency, PAP) describing Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressing the Polish parliament about a rail sabotage incident, in which he said two suspects believed to be acting on behalf of Russian intelligence had fled the country. The same article quotes Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesman for Poland's security services minister, saying 'Everything indicates' the rail bombing was 'initiated by the Russian secret services.'
