Claim
Ukraine's General Staff says Russian Geran-4 jet-powered attack drones have been intercepted at a nearly 60 percent rate over the past three months, and the shoot-down rate is still rising.
Attributed to Ukraine's General Staff
Evidence
Several Ukrainian and international outlets report the statement. Ukrinform says it comes from a General Staff Facebook post. It quotes the General Staff as saying the interception rate for jet-powered drones is gradually increasing. It also quotes an average Geran-4 interception rate of nearly 60% over the past three months, reaching 80% in some attacks. Euromaidan Press, Censor.net, UNN, 112.ua, Yahoo (Ukrainska Pravda syndication) and Oboronka report the same. I found no Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check. I did not find the original Facebook post itself. No independent verification of the figure exists; it is the Ukrainian military's own claim.
Assessment
Multiple outlets independently quote the General Staff statement, so the attribution is accurate. The 60% figure is a self-reported military claim that has not been independently verified, which limits confidence.
Confidence
Some independent corroboration was found, but it isn't yet conclusive.
