Claim
Russian drone strikes set Ufa refinery ablaze; Kyiv Post reported that long-range Ukrainian strike drones targeted Ufa
Attributed to Kyiv Post
Evidence
One search found a Kyiv Post article, "Drones Strike Bashneft-Novoil Refinery in Russia's Ufa" (kyivpost.com/post/88737). It says Ukrainian long-range strike drones targeted Ufa in Bashkortostan overnight. It cites residents who heard low-flying drones and explosions in the northern industrial district. It also cites a monitor that detected fires at the Bashneft-Novoil and Bashneft-UNPZ refineries. So Kyiv Post did report Ukrainian drones targeting Ufa. Nothing in the article supports the claim that Russian drones set the Ufa refinery ablaze. I did not find independent corroboration from Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo, and I found no fact-check of this exact claim. I did not check the article's publication date. The text I saw had an inconsistent date reference.

Assessment
The second half of the claim (Kyiv Post reporting Ukrainian drones targeting Ufa) matches the article. The first half (Russian drones setting the refinery ablaze) contradicts the same article, so the claim as worded is internally inconsistent. The damage reports are not independently corroborated.
Confidence
Some independent corroboration was found, but it isn't yet conclusive.
