Evidence
A search found an Ukrainska Pravda English article (URL dated 2026/10/30) reporting that Fire Point CEO/representative Terekh told Reuters the company had found workarounds. These let it carry out long-range strikes without relying on satellite links such as Starlink. Terekh declined to give details. He said the workaround covers only about 15–20% of what would be possible if Starlink worked over Russia. I found no independent technical verification and no Reuters Fact Check, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check of the claim. I did not open the original Reuters interview.

Assessment
Fire Point's statement is accurately attributed: Ukrainska Pravda reports it from a Reuters interview. This confirms only that the company made the claim. It does not confirm that the technology works, and the company gave no details.
Confidence
Some independent corroboration was found, but it isn't yet conclusive.
