Claim
Meduza, citing the independent Telegram channel Astra, reported that the Slavneft-YANOS plant was attacked again overnight on November 2.

Evidence
One search found a Ukrainska Pravda report (dated 3 Nov 2026 in its URL) that drones attacked the Yaroslavl refinery (Slavneft-YANOS) on the night of 2–3 November, causing a large fire. It cites Astra, the Russian outlet, and Yaroslavl governor Mikhail Yevrayev. It also cites Ukrainian monitoring channels. Astra said its OSINT expert identified the burning facility as this refinery from reader-submitted photos and videos. My further searches hit a tool limit, so I found no Meduza article or Telegram post, and no Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check. I also couldn't confirm the 'attacked again' wording or that it was a repeat attack.
Assessment
Ukrainska Pravda independently reports that Astra covered a drone attack on the Yaroslavl refinery overnight on 2–3 November, which supports the core claim. I could not find the Meduza post itself or confirm that this was a repeat attack, so the claim is not fully confirmed.
Confidence
Some independent corroboration was found, but it isn't yet conclusive.
