Claim

Russian ballistic missiles and guided aerial bombs struck a medical facility in Kharkiv's Nemyshlianskyi district early on Tuesday, November 3, heavily damaging the building.

Evidence

One search found a Censor.net (Ukrainian outlet) report dated 3 November. It says Russian forces attacked Kharkiv overnight with ballistic missiles and guided aerial bombs. It says a medical facility in the Nemyshlianskyi district was hit, with the strike landing on the passageway between hospital buildings. It also reports about 200 patients evacuated, damage to another medical facility, a laboratory, 10 apartment blocks and 13 cars, and a casualty count that had risen to 73. Censor.net cites the regional prosecutor's office. My further searches hit a tool limit, so I could not check Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo, or find a second independent outlet. I found no existing fact-check of this claim. The Censor.net page shows the year 2026 and a Tuesday date, which I did not reconcile. The claim says 'heavily damaging the building', but the report describes a hit on the passageway between buildings, so the extent of damage is only partly supported.

Assessment

One Ukrainian outlet, citing the regional prosecutor, reports the strike on a Nemyshlianskyi medical facility with ballistic missiles and guided bombs. Without a second independent source, or confirmation of how heavy the damage was, I can't rate it CONFIRMED.

Confidence

Little or no independent corroboration was found - this reflects the current state of public evidence, not a guess.
