Tropical Cyclone Kiyapo (international name Noul) intensified into a tropical storm on July 24, 2026, prompting Pagasa to raise Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals over parts of Northern Luzon. The storm subsequently exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility while rapidly intensifying into a typhoon, with Wind Signal No. 1 remaining in effect over parts of Northern Luzon as it moved away.
