Two Palestinians, including a 15-year-old, were wounded by Israeli forces during a raid on the al-Amari refugee camp in al-Bireh early Saturday, according to Wafa and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. The teenager was shot in the back and a young man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg from live ammunition. Israeli forces also closed entry to the village during the operation. The incident adds to a string of recent Israeli military raids and settler-related violence across the West Bank amid heightened tensions in the territory.
