A fire broke out at the major Russian oil export terminal at Ust-Luga, near St. Petersburg, following a drone attack, according to Ukrainska Pravda. The terminal is one of Russia's key facilities for exporting crude oil and refined products via the Baltic Sea, and the strike adds to a string of Ukrainian attacks on Russian energy infrastructure. Ukraine's Defence Intelligence has since confirmed it carried out the strike, specifically targeting the Novatek-Ust-Luga complex in Leningrad Oblast. Officials said the attack damaged key equipment and caused a large fire, framing the facility as directly supporting Russia's war effort.
