The Bank of Israel cut its benchmark interest rate to 3.25%, the lowest in four years, in an effort to bolster the postwar economic recovery. The central bank warned the rebound remains only partial, and manufacturers criticized Governor Amir Yaron for acting too slowly as a strong shekel continues to hurt exporters.
