Tropical Storm Dolly fell apart in the Atlantic roughly 1,145 miles east of the Leeward Islands late last week after moving rapidly westward. Despite being downgraded, its remnants continued lingering and creeping toward the Gulf of Mexico, and the National Hurricane Center said it was possible Dolly could reform in the Gulf, raising additional rainfall concerns for Florida.
