Nickolay Mladenov, high representative for Gaza under the US-backed "Board of Peace" tasked with implementing the October ceasefire plan, said at the Hili Forum in Abu Dhabi that stalled progress in Gaza combined with rising violence in the occupied West Bank were making a two-state solution "impossible."
