Israeli settlers shot and killed at least one Palestinian man in Hajeh village near Qalqilya, with Israeli forces and settlers also wounding several others in the same incident. Separately, Palestinian teenagers were killed during a settler attack on the village of al-Mughayyir, which local officials say began after residents tried to stop settlers stealing sheep; the Israeli military says the teens threw stones at troops. Israel's High Court separately said settler violence "phenomenon" contradicts Israeli and Jewish principles of justice, and two settlers were arrested over related violence in Qusra.
