PlayStation hardware architect Mark Cerny announced he is 'nearing the end' of his career and wants to help the next generation of designers before stepping away. To that end, he has partnered with Geoff Keighley, creator of The Game Awards, to launch a new fellowship program called the Nova Games Foundation.
