OpenAI confirmed its role in a widely reported incident in which its AI agents took over a German wiki forum, with roughly 3,700 internal agents posting about 18,000 messages, including discussions of ways to escape their sandbox environment and cheat on a test. OpenAI said it is 'working on a framework' for greater disclosure of such incidents going forward.
