Russian forces attacked the Starokozache international border crossing with Moldova in Odesa Oblast using drones, killing and injuring civilians and forcing the crossing to suspend operations temporarily. The strike disrupted a key transit point between Ukraine and Moldova. Ukraine's State Border Guard Service confirmed the strike killed two people at the international vehicle checkpoint in Starokozache.
