Political prisoner Alexey Gorinov, a former Moscow municipal deputy, told the Moscow City Court via video link from a penal colony in Altai Krai that he may have been poisoned. The court separately upheld prosecutors' refusal to reopen the criminal case against him, denying his lawyer's appeal.
