Sixty-nine Russian citizens who had been aboard the vessel Professor Molchanov, impounded in Norway several days earlier following a claim by Ukraine's Naftogaz, have returned to Russia, according to Svalbard's governor. The ship itself remains impounded pending resolution of the dispute.
