Germany announced it will transfer PAC-2 interceptor missiles from its own stockpiles to Ukraine for use in American-made Patriot systems, urging other allies to make similar deliveries. Ukrainian Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara said Kyiv is now signing contracts for around 1,000 Patriot missiles, while urging partner nations to supply interceptors from their existing stockpiles before winter sets in. Meanwhile, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said Berlin is dissatisfied with the volume of Ukrainian arms orders placed with German companies, raising the issue directly with President Zelensky during his most recent visit to Kyiv.
