Hello Games released the Cosmos update for No Man's Sky, marking the game's 10th anniversary with a major overhaul of space gameplay, including the ability to own and live in your own space station, build orbital bases, form alliances, and fly directly into the sun. Studio head Sean Murray highlighted the space station ownership feature as a long-requested addition, and the update is free for all existing players.
