Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) reported that Russian forces are most frequently targeting its trains across six oblasts, causing most long-distance services to run between one and nine hours late. Despite the disruptions, the company said it does not plan to cancel any long-distance routes. The delays reflect the cumulative strain Russian strikes are placing on Ukraine's transportation network, a critical lifeline for civilian movement and military logistics.
