Ukraine's Navy said a Neptune missile struck Russia's Admiral Essen frigate, a Kalibr missile carrier, in the port of Novorossiysk, damaging its superstructure. Russian officials reported four people killed and more than two dozen wounded in the broader overnight attack on the port city, part of Ukraine's continued campaign against Russian naval and port infrastructure on the Black Sea.
