Israeli security agencies confirmed that Farah Hamed, identified as the Hamas terrorist responsible for a 2003 shooting that killed the husband of an Israeli lawmaker, was killed in a recent Gaza airstrike. Officials said Hamed had fought Israeli troops in Gaza during the recent war and was involved in recruiting and directing attacks in the West Bank.
