Nintendo has rolled out updates to the Switch 2 that go beyond the widely-discussed VRR support for docked play. The system now allows virtual game cards to be played on one console without requiring both linked devices to be online simultaneously, a notable convenience for multi-console households, while a separate update to the Mii Maker brought back nostalgic background music, including the classic Wii Mii Channel theme.
