A woman living in a major Russian border city says men in military uniforms abducted her, threatened her with electric shock torture, searched her phone, and pressured her to confess to ties with Ukraine. She said the abduction came two days after she rebuffed the advances of a uniformed serviceman who approached her in a parking lot.
