Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said he told Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha in Kyiv that Poland will not obstruct the opening of European Commission negotiating clusters for Ukraine's EU accession process, though he cautioned that formally closing the clusters will take considerable time.
