New Xbox CEO Asha Sharma has been personally fielding customer support tickets during her first six months on the job, part of an effort to better understand Xbox's products and customers. Her tenure so far has also included ending the divisive 'This is Xbox' marketing campaign, cutting Game Pass Ultimate's price, and overseeing layoffs and studio spin-outs.
