Iran has been referred to the UN Security Council for non-compliance with its nuclear obligations. Tehran condemned the resolution, arguing that US and Israeli military strikes on its nuclear facilities have themselves disrupted IAEA inspections and compliance efforts, effectively blaming its adversaries for the very violations cited against it.
