Dr. Rupa Narra, a US pediatrician, traveled to the Democratic Republic of Congo to help treat children affected by the ongoing Ebola outbreak, describing conditions she said nothing could have prepared her for, as the outbreak in DRC and Uganda continues to draw international medical response.
