A Russian strike on the morning of September 14 destroyed a sorting center belonging to Eva cosmetics chain in Odesa, part of Russia's continued targeting of Ukrainian commercial infrastructure. Separately, Ukrainian drones and missiles struck the Russian city of Taganrog overnight on September 15, damaging an Ozon warehouse along with residential buildings, stores and administrative buildings, plus an oil refinery, according to Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar. Ukraine's General Staff confirmed additional strikes the same night on the Syzran Oil Refinery and the Atlant Aero drone production facility inside Russia, expanding the scope of Ukraine's overnight campaign against Russian energy and military-industrial infrastructure.
