The poll reflects sustained public resolve despite the hardships caused by previous winters of Russian strikes on power and heating systems. The findings come as Russia continues to strike Ukrainian energy facilities, including recent attacks in Sumy Oblast, and as uncertainty persists over a proposed energy infrastructure truce floated by the United States. The survey suggests broad Ukrainian public backing for continued resistance regardless of the risks to civilian infrastructure.
