Rapper Macklemore was dropped from Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour lineup following a pressure campaign reportedly tied to his pro-Palestinian statements made on stage; Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez alleged Robert Kraft helped organize stadium pressure to have him removed. In response, every supporting act on the tour — including Finneas, Lukas Graham and Aaron Rowe — quit in solidarity, citing the need to not silence artists speaking up for the oppressed. Sheeran said he was not personally responsible for Macklemore being dropped.
