Ukrainian drone strikes forced Russia's Rosneft to halt crude processing at two of its largest refineries, in Syzran and Saratov, with the Saratov plant down since the previous Friday and Syzran halting Tuesday. The strikes are part of a sustained Ukrainian campaign against Russian refining and oil infrastructure aimed at reducing Moscow's wartime fuel supplies and export revenue. A separate Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire at the Slavneft-Yanos refinery in Yaroslavl, a facility with a crude processing capacity of 300,000 barrels per day that Ukraine's military has previously claimed to have struck, further expanding the list of major Russian refineries disrupted by Kyiv's ongoing drone campaign.
