The U.S. House voted to hold billionaire investor Leon Black, who had business ties to Jeffrey Epstein, in contempt of Congress after he refused to appear for a deposition and provide documents to the committee investigating the late convicted sex offender. It is now up to the Department of Justice to decide whether to pursue criminal charges against Black.
