A Pew Research survey of over 42,000 people across 37 countries found that in 34 of the 37 nations, respondents were more likely to believe AI will cause net job losses over the next 20 years than to believe it will create jobs. The survey, conducted before recent apocalyptic warnings about AI, also probed views on AI's impact on daily life and income inequality.
