European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that the EU will provide Ukraine with an additional €3.3 billion to purchase missiles and drones, as part of continued Western military support for Kyiv. She said the bloc is also preparing a new joint defence projects programme aimed at deepening cooperation on arms production and procurement.
