After a search lasting more than 700 days, Washington County, Tennessee crews recovered remains near the Nolichucky River believed to belong to Nancy Tucker, the last person still missing from flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. The Washington County Sheriff's Office later confirmed the identification, closing out the two-year search effort.
