A new image from the Hubble Space Telescope reveals NGC 4698, a spiral galaxy roughly 55 million light-years away in the Virgo constellation, which appears serene but harbors an unusual internal structure that is out of sync with typical spiral galaxy formation, part of the more than 1,000 galaxies in the Virgo Cluster.
