Ahead of its release roughly six months from now, Final Fantasy 7 Revelation director Naoki Hamaguchi has revealed the game will be around 200GB and could take up to 100 hours to fully complete, including campaign, side content, and endgame material. Hamaguchi noted he has personally played through the entire game 46 times during development, and discussed DLC plans involving Sephiroth and Vincent Valentine. The scale of the download has prompted players to plan ahead by clearing storage space on their consoles, underscoring anticipation for the final chapter of the FF7 Remake trilogy, which is set to launch on Switch 2, PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
