Ukraine's 3rd Army Corps, commanded by Andriy Biletsky, said its 'Operation Vivaldi' has driven Russian units back across the Chornyi Zherebets River near Lyman in the Donbas, where Russian forces had been trying to push toward the Siverskyi Donets River opposite Sloviansk. The first of the operation's four phases is reportedly nearing completion, and both armies are now massing troops for expected battles further south.
