Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced he had approved new long-range operations in response to continued Russian strikes, following a meeting with Armed Forces commander Mykhailo Drapatyi and Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara. Zelensky said Ukraine is also preparing to expand its long-range strike capabilities more broadly.
