A six-storey building in Gaza City that had been struck by an Israeli attack last year collapsed, killing 21 people including eight children; rescuers said around ten displaced families had been living in the war-damaged structure. Separately, Gaza authorities announced an emergency plan to demolish 255 other war-damaged buildings across the enclave deemed unsafe.
