Ukraine carried out what Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the largest drone attack on the Russian capital to date, coinciding with the final day of Duma elections. Officials said more than 1,600 drones were repelled across Russian defensive lines, including 450 near Moscow, though strikes still hit the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya—supplying 40% of the city's fuel—sparking fires, along with the Sofyino logistics park. Ukraine's General Staff confirmed using Flamingo, Palianytsia, and Pelican missiles, and said it also struck a Buk-M3 air defense system and a Nebo-U radar station. Russian officials reported two to three deaths in the Moscow region.
