A Palestinian man, reportedly an illegal entrant from the West Bank, was found dead in Umm al-Fahm after apparently falling from an elevated surface and declining medical treatment for fear of prosecution. Separately, two people were killed in road accidents during Yom Kippur, as Magen David Adom treated more than 3,300 people nationwide during the 25-hour fast.
