Israeli forces raided the West Bank town of Biddu, near occupied East Jerusalem, detaining at least 53 young men following the alleged killing of an Israeli settler by a Palestinian from the town. Soldiers reportedly turned homes into makeshift detention and interrogation centers, and the town was placed under lockdown with schools and businesses shut.
