Czech journalists at Seznam Zprávy revealed that representatives of Rybar, one of the largest pro-war Russian Telegram channels with ties to Russia's Defense Ministry, are based in Europe and regularly interview politicians, journalists and experts there, raising questions about the channel's international influence operations.
