More than a month after her death, the Greenville County Coroner's Office confirmed that 'Heroes' star Hayden Panettiere, 36, died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, ruling the manner of death accidental.
